  6. Accept our Terms & Conditions and complete payment
  7. You will receive an order confirmation from lulu's drawer to your e-mail. Remember to make sure that all the provided information is correct.


You can use several different payment methods at lulu's drawer:

  • Products are normally shipped within 24 hours after we have received your order.
  • Delivery time in Denmark is normally 1-3 weekdays.
  • All orders are sent with GLS.
  • Price of delivery is DKK 50 for delivery to home address. For delivery to business address, the price is DKK 29. For orders of DKK 500 or more, shipping is free.
  • All products will be delivered as long as they are in stock. If an item has been sold out, you will receive a notification of this.


  • Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product/products.
  • Right of return begins the day you receive the product/products.
  • For your right of return to be valid all products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in same condition as when shipped.

The return package must contain the filled out return sheet sent to you along with the package.

  • You can use your right of return by not accepting receipt of the package or by sending it to the above mentioned address.
  • By using your right of return the full paid amount will be transferred back to the account used for purchase provided that we have received the product/products in the same condition as when shipped.
  • The shipping freight/portage is the only cost you will incur if you chose to use your right of return.
  • When returning items with discount due to multiple purchase, the reduced value will be refunded unless all items are returned.

  • As a lulu's drawer customer you will receive a 2-year warranty against faults in materials in manufacture.
  • The warranty begins the day you receive the products/products.
  • As a result you can get the product replaced, returned, get a discount or get your money back dependent on the specific situation.
  • This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use.
  • As a customer you have to file for a warranty within a reasonable time of discovery of the fault. Warranty within 2 years of purchase is always considered timely.
  • A detailed description of the fault, photos of this and a copy of the purchase receipt must be sent to contact@lulusdrawer.com

  • It is important that the return sheet is enclosed to the package when returning the package, so we can identify which order number the return regards.
  • lulu's drawer will pay a reasonable amount of the shipping freight/postage in connection with the warranty.
